I've used AH&A before and never been dissatisfied. I was very impressed that within 15 mins of calling, two service techs arrived. My HVAC line was clogged, which caused a water backup and leakage. Both techs were very detailed in explaining why the issue presented itself and what was necessary to prevent a similar event in the future. I purchased this system October 2020 the following Summer we had a total of 11-15 service calls for various reasons. Duct work, unit wires burning, thermostat going out, etc. They would come out but we still had sooooo many problems from a BRAND NEW UNIT (almost $9,000) Two years after purchasing the unit the thermostat went out again for the third time. They said some switch shorted out but they don’t know why it shorted out and told us it would be 1,300 to get it fixed! I will Never purchase anything from Affordable Heating and I definitely don’t recommend them to anyone! I see why they are constantly changing technicians. Worst buying experience I’ve ever had! I’m glad I kept records of every visit, every tech and every issue. Seriously thinking about getting an lawyer!!

My repairman was professional, honest. I have a house that is different in the way the cooling system covers our house. He was upfront that he hadn’t come across a house like ours (not unexpected at all) but called his supervisor to give us information on a new system. Ours is 21 years old. He could have patched it so it would be ok for a time. But again he was very honest and upfront as to the course of action he would recommend. I trust this company to do right by me. Not just get a check and leave. They will always be the company I call for my ac needs.
