I had a problem with my heat pump. Affordable Heating sent a technician the same day. He quickly figured out what the issue is, got a spare part, fixed it, done!

Last year I had a problem with my ac unit leaking and I called Affordable and they came right out and made the needed repair. They told me about a program they offered for a small fee each month they will provide a check of your equipment each year and a discount if you need their services. Just had my annual checkup and the service technician came on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with as I had to reschedule my appt and work around my schedule.

Both the over the phone and service tech were very friendly and helpful. The service tech explained everything and let us know to prepare for a replacement in the future.. nothings cheap now days so didn’t really expect to not pay a lot but it’s working well now.

Great company, with even better owners and management. Honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Hard working employees who are neat and carry themselves professionally. If a problem can be fixed they will fix it and not try to push new units on you just to make more money.

New years day my motor went out on our unit. I called and spoke to the front desk receptionist and she was absolutely so sweet, helpful and welcoming. The technician came and fixed my unit for a reasonable cost compared to others in the area. Definitely recommend when you have a ac/heating issue.

Adam went above and beyond to quote, install and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable of the product and provided a quick and easy installation. We highly recommend them!

We’ve had our maintenance program for almost a year now and thankfully we signed up for it! We receive two maintenance visits and special discounts on service calls and repairs! Affordable will be the ones to handle our replacement, when that time comes. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend Affordable to all of my friends and family!

Had furnace issues, called Affordable Heating Friday afternoon.Adam came out Monday morning, found communication error with blower motor to be the problem. Called back Tuesday morning with approximate cost of $1650, and would take 3-5 business days to get part. Came Friday morning to install new blower motor, surge protector, and a new thermostat, all for just $2029
